The ISPA Conference & Expo is
just around the corner. Be sure to
renew your ISPA membership and

keynote speakers already released, the 2012
Conference promises to deliver!
Not only is renewing your ISPA membership important in the savings for
Conference, but the Foundation will also be
releasing the second wave of the Spa
Consumer Snapshot Initiative in July. This
report is free to all ISPA members, and
offers insight into a sample of the U.S. spa
market. The second initiative will cover consumer loyalty. Key questions that will be
addressed include:
l What makes you a loyal spa client?
l Are there specific programs spas execute that increase your brand loyalty?
l If not a spa-goer, what brand attributes make you a loyal customer?
This is an extremely exciting piece of research that we are pleased to share with ISPA
members.
