What are you reading and what makes it interesting? The biography of Steve Jobs. Regardless of what industry you are in, you can learn from this book. You can’ t help but admire his entrepreneurial spirit and how he could instill a“ we can do anything” attitude within his team. You can also learn from his leadership( or lack thereof) on what motivates people and what turns them off. He was a visionary man; he was a flawed man. He was a man. I couldn’ t put it down.
If you could invent one thing for the spa industry, what would it be? The perfect spa guest! They would arrive on time, they wouldn’ t feel free to take all your amenities home, they would pick up after themselves. Ah, what a great spa environment that would be!
