The city library is located on three different locations. The ‘adult’ department is
located in the building of Croatian national theatre. The department for children and
young is located Bedeković Manor. You can borrow books in Banfica branch of the
library.

Cultural monuments
Croatian national theatre (HNK) in Varaždin has a long tradition. HNK building is
Hermann Helmer's first theater project. The theater building was built in 1873. Many
plays and concerts are preformed there.
The cemetery of Varaždin is one of the most beautiful ones in Europe. It’s a member of
The lub of monumental cementries of Europe and a lot of tourists come and visit it.
