OMB attends strategic planning workshop
On Nov. 4, OMB attended its annual workshop at Indian River State College. The team collaborated and brainstormed with the Strategic Initiatives and Innovation team to define the department ' s vision, objectives and actionable plans. The day is comprised of forming ideas, setting priorities and discussing challenges to focus on.
