Welcoming Strategic Initiatives & Innovation Executive Project Manager Boris Arratia to PSL
Boris Arratia recently joined the Strategic Initiatives and Innovation team as an Executive Project Manager, bringing with him a distinguished career in the federal government, including roles with the Army and the General Services Administration( GSA). He offers deep expertise in strategic planning, performance improvement, innovation and coalition building.
At GSA, Boris led cross-agency collaborations on high-priority federal initiatives. Notably, he managed a federal advisory committee composed of sustainability experts from federal agencies, state and local governments, industry, nonprofit organizations and academia. Under his leadership, the committee advanced bold policy and process recommendations to integrate sustainability considerations into federal acquisition practices.
In his new role, Boris will partner with departments to support strategic planning and innovation efforts across the organization. He will also support the Deputy City Manager in advancing the City’ s grants and advocacy strategy, to include the state and federal legislative programs.
Boris holds a bachelor ' s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa and master ' s of business administration from St. Ambrose University. He and his wife, Victoria, are proud parents of two children and grandparents to three.
