NSD visits Palm Bay Code Compliance Division
On July 16, Neighborhood Services staff visited with the City of Palm Bay’ s Code Compliance Division in an effort to exchange information on code enforcement and administrative processes. During the meeting, staff was able to gain valuable insight into how Palm Bay’ s code officers handle inspections, special magistrate processes, code liens and various aspects of code enforcement.
The most important takeaway was creating a new connection with a fellow code enforcement team and hearing the similar stories and struggles faced every day in the field.
