State Housing Initiatives Partnership( SHIP) Program 2025 Annual Report
The SHIP Program is administered by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. It provides funds to local governments as an incentive to create partnerships that produce and preserve affordable home ownership. SHIP funds are distributed on an entitlement basis to all 67 counties and 52 Community Development Block Grant entitlement cities in Florida.
The City of Port St. Lucie Neighborhood Services SHIP Program 2025 Annual Report will be available for comment for a two-week period from Aug. 11-22. It covers Fiscal Year Closeout 2022-23 and the remaining Fiscal Year Interim( 1) 2023-24. The Annual Report will be submitted to Florida Housing no later than Sept. 15.

NSD would like to thank Risk Management for speaking to staff about heat safety and wellness practices at our July department meeting. Florida summer is in full swing and it was great to educate staff on how to prevent and identify heat-related illnesses.
