Hot off the press!
The Community Redevelopment Agency( CRA) recently published its Fiscal Year 2024-25 CRA Annual Report. As required by Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, the CRA shall file an annual report on or before March 31 of each year, highlighting activities for the preceding fiscal year and include a complete financial statement setting forth assets, liabilities, income and operating expenses.

Leaders learning in Port St. Lucie
Staff from the Community Redevelopment Agency recently presented to the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce’ s Leadership Class 43 on its Tourism Day.
Students were provided with an update on Walton & One, including an overview of the history of the site and proposed mixed-use development plan. Students also received an update on the new stadium and were then presented with
detailed information from the Port St. Lucie Sports Club on how the new team and stadium will benefit the region.
