Dining and entertainment uses slated for Southern Grove
In early March , the Government Finance Corporation ( GFC ) entered into a purchase and sale agreement with Tradition Entertainment District , LLC for two parcels of land along SW Village Parkway totaling just over 64 acres . The sites will consist of up to 350,000 square feet of retail use and are envisioned as “ entertainment destinations ,” including retail , restaurants , entertainment venues and more !
Tradition Entertainment District previously purchased a 5.5-acre site located at the southwest corner of Innovation Way and SW Village Parkway . Company representative Gustavo Lumer indicated the 5.5-acre site will consist of multiple restaurants , including Outback Steakhouse , Bonefish Grill and First Watch , with a fourth restaurant yet to be named .

“ The whole idea is to bring more to Tradition ,” Lumer said . “ We love the city and we hope to do more business here .”
192.5 ACRES COSTCO WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION DEPOT
The City ' s original vision for this area included a mix of industrial , retail and recreational uses . The Southern Grove Master Plan further envisioned the industrial area serving as the City ’ s Jobs Corridor and being situated along Interstate 95 . The entertainment and retail uses would then serve as a buffer between the Jobs Corridor and residential communities along SW Village Parkway .
