FDOT hosting alternatives public workshop
The Florida Department of Transportation( FDOT) is hosting an Alternatives Public Workshop for the Project Development and Environment( PD & E) Study for Glades Cut-Off Road from Range Line Road to Selvitz Road. A PD & E study evaluated the social, economic and environmental impacts associated with a planned transportation improvement project.
The primary purpose of the project is to widen Glades Cut-Off Road from two to four lanes to add capacity and improve safety and operation. FDOT is offering two opportunities to participate, virtually at 4 p. m. Tuesday, Feb. 24 or in person at 5:30 p. m. Feb. 24 at the Havert L. Fenn Center, 2000 Virginia Ave. in Fort Pierce. The same information will be provided at both meetings.
