RADKids, homeschool edition, finishes training
The Police Athletic League completed its second Resist Aggression Defensively( RADKids), homeschool edition, training in January.
Led by certified instructors, RADKids provides children, ages 5-12, with essential personal empowerment and safety education. The program equips them with the skills to recognize and respond to potential abduction threats, as well as various other community safety hazards.
The third session is March 9-13.

PSLPD investigation helps in rescue of young girl
An undercover PSLPD Internet Crimes Against Children detective’ s investigation led to the international arrest of a man from the Republic of Cyprus.
An investigation that began in mid-summer 2025 and spanned more than 6,000 miles across the world resulted in the rescue of a young girl who was being sexually abused. U. S. Homeland Security Investigations( HSI) in Athens was briefed and began working to identify the suspect and victim.
Local authorities in Limassol secured a residential search warrant, located the child— who is now safe— and took a 45-year-old man into custody.
This case exemplifies how PSLPD’ s investigations and digital forensics holds no boundaries.
