The Capital Improvement resurfacing goal for FY 2025-26 is 18.95 miles with 0 miles completed to date. Residents will be notified in advance of resurfacing.

Temporary traffic signal installed at Community Boulevard and Discovery Way
If you drive around Tradition, you might have noticed temporary traffic signals at the intersection of Community Boulevard and Discovery Way. The signals were installed Dec. 22 and were in " flash " mode until Jan. 5, when they began to control traffic operations. A permanent signal is expected by Spring 2026, with expedited design and construction to ensure timely installation.

Floresta Pointe( East): Pending schedule
Green River Parkway Trail resurfacing project
The Green River Parkway Trail will be resurfaced in 2026. The trail was originally constructed in 2006 and is an integral part of the Florida East Coast Greenway Trail System.
The project is funded through a partnership between the City of Port St. Lucie and the Florida Department of Transportation. Construction activities will include milling and resurfacing of the 10-foot-wide trail, drainage improvements, grading, sod restoration and replacement of ADA facilities.

Sandhill Crossing( Tiffany): Pending schedule
This project also will include improvements to the crosswalk connection at Walton Road. To the north, this project links to the recent construction of the SUNtrail, which spans through the Savannas Preserve State Park. Work is anticipated to begin in Fall or Winter 2026.
