Port St. Lucie has the third lowest municipal millage rate among Florida’ s 20 most populous cities, with a FY 2025-26 millage rate of 4.9750. That equals $ 4.98 in City taxes for every $ 1,000 of taxable property value.
The City’ s portion accounts for less than 25 % of the total property tax bill and supports essential services such as police protection, parks, recreation and City planning.
