This year, Neighborhood Services is recognizing Cathy Sala as Office Team Member of the Year!
Cathy is someone who truly embodies excellence in everything she does. She is dedicated to her work and always will make sure to see things through, no matter how difficult and how many obstacles come into the picture.
She is an example of true professionalism, with an unwavering commitment to customer service and is nothing short of inspiring to the whole team. Cathy has been instrumental in launching the City’ s new residential culvert replacement assistance program. She works hard to make sure residents are informed and stay up to date with our programs. No matter how many phone calls she takes in a day, every single one, all the way up until the last minute of the day, is handled with ease and correctness, transmitting to our residents that we care and make time for everyone’ s questions.
Since October, Cathy has answered more than 1,000 inquiries regarding one program only. This past year, Cathy has gone above and beyond to ensure every interaction is handled with care, empathy and precision. She also has proven to be meticulous and analytical, catching multiple instances of attempted fraud before it becomes an issue.
Cathy’ s work ethic and the way she treats customers with genuine kindness and respect make a lasting impact. She’ s not just reliable— she’ s exceptional. It’ s a privilege to work alongside Cathy, who brings such drive, positivity and integrity to our team every single day.
