Paving the way for the Southern Grove Jobs Corridor
The first lift of asphalt was placed in early December on Marshall Parkway, which will provide access from SW Village Parkway to Tom Mackie Boulevard / Anthony F. Sansone Sr. Drive, the transportation backbone of the Southern Grove Jobs Corridor in Tradition.
A future interchange at Interstate 95, currently in the feasibility study phase, would connect at Marshall Parkway. It would be designed as a three-way or T-type Interchange with on / off ramps located west of the interstate. This type of interchange design would not affect the residential neighborhood( s) east of the interstate.
This portion of Marshall Parkway is partially funded by the American Rescue Plan Act( ARPA) and is scheduled to be completed late first quarter of 2026.
