Kids Club returns The Printed Post is pleased to report Hay Kids Club is on again. Last years very successful Hay Kids Club has been expanded to include children from Kindergarten to Year 6 and will run Monday to Friday in the first week of the next school holidays in the Community Building at Hay Park. Several families from Engadine, plus some young singles, will arrive on the first weekend of the holidays to run the Kids Club. Several of the Engadine kids who came last year are still in touch with Hay kids they met whilst here last year. The team has talented musicians and creative people, and will run a program of sports, craft, bible stories, music and drama, all based on similar themes to those running in School Scripture lessons. The theme for this year is ‘Circus’. The program runs from 9.30am to 12.30 pm Monday 23rd to Friday 27th September. Registration will be open to children Kinder to Year 6 from local primary and surrounding small schools. High school students don't miss out, as something is being planned for the evenings. The team is also planning a coffee and chat space at the park for parents who would like to stay a while and see what their kids are doing. Registrations forms will be available at schools the week before the holidays, or parents/guardians can sign their kids up on the day.
