Save the Children runs a program across remote areas of NSW called a Mobile Youth Van. Our M. Y. Van uses high-tech media such as ipads, laptops and audio-visual equipment to enthuse kids to get more involved in education, culture, health and recreation.
Happy Hay Kids enjoyed the digital disco equipment and fun ipad photographic programs. After creating their images, they were then printed and laminated as keep sakes of the day.
Happy Hay Day had plenty of activities for children. The giant slide, face painting, and craft activities with Ruth Headon, were a few.
