Save the Children runs a program across remote areas of NSW called a Mobile Youth Van . Our M . Y . Van uses high-tech media such as ipads , laptops and audio-visual equipment to enthuse kids to get more involved in education , culture , health and recreation .
Happy Hay Kids enjoyed the digital disco equipment and fun ipad photographic programs . After creating their images , they were then printed and laminated as keep sakes of the day .
Happy Hay Day had plenty of activities for children . The giant slide , face painting , and craft activities with Ruth Headon , were a few .
