Dartmouth University’s Landmark SPORT study -- SPINAL STENOSIS ´ Spinal stenosis: SPORT. ´ Two-year follow up ´ N=414 for surgical intervention, n=220 for non-surgical intervention ´ QALY gain for spinal stenosis patients was 0.22 and costs per QALY gained decreased for spinal stenosis from $77,600 at two years to $59,400 at four years. ´ The study authors include Jon D.
