Chopped Fall Harvest Salad

4 cups kale ( or salad greens of your choice ), chopped 2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds 1 medium Gala apple , diced 1 medium Bartlett pear , diced 2 Tbsp feta cheese crumbles 2 Tbsp walnuts , toasted and chopped
Maple Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tsp 100 % pure maple syrup 2 tsp Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp olive oil salt and black pepper
Directions
1 . Place kale in large bowl and top with pomegranate seeds , apples , pear , feta cheese , and walnuts . Set aside .
2 . To prepare the dressing , in a medium bowl whisk together apple cider vinegar , maple syrup , and Dijon mustard . Gradually whisk in the olive oil . Add salt and pepper to taste . 3 . Drizzle dressing on top of salad and gently toss .
