homemade mashed potatoes
What you'll need.
5 lb bag of idaho potatos ( peeled and cut into small cubes)
2 cups of sour cream
2 cups of ranch dressing
1/2 cup Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups parmesan cheese
How to Make it:
Start out by bring water in a large pot to a boil. Add a pinch of salt. When the water comes to a boil place all of the cubes in the pot. Boil until the cubes are tender. Strain all of the water and place the cubes back into the pot place entire 1/2 cup of butter and mix thoroughly with a fork or place potatos in a large mixer. Slowly add in ranch and sour cream, and continue to mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Slowly stir in parmesan cheese. Place in a service dish and your done.
