How to Make it:
Start out by straining your cans of green beans and placing them in a pot (without juice). Do not start yet... In a seperate skillet place 1 teaspoon of oil, minced garlic and all of the chopped onion. Caramalize the Onion mixture, Take out the onion mixture and place in a bowl. Take the chopped bacon and fry until it's crispy by slightly chewy. Once the Bacon is crisped strain and place all Bacon on a paper towel covered plate and pat with a paper towel until all grease is blotted. Now it's time to get the beans cooking.. Place the Onion mixture and the Bacon into the pot with the Green beans, turn on low heat and cook until the Green beans are heated throughout. Pull the Green beans off the heat and slowly stir in cheese and season to taste. Place in a cute serving dish like the one below and Enjoy!

* 3-4 Cans of Green Beans (Your choice)
* Half of a package of Bacon (fried & Chopped)
* 2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
*2 cloves of Garlic (minced)
