Crow explained further that the company ’ s mission to ‘ shape living for the better ’ encapsulates the company ’ s “ unwavering focus on creating meaningful improvements to everyday living ”.

What does the future hold ? Crow then explained that all changes which would be made with products and improvements would be done in order to meet the requirements of their customers , assuring the crowd that with the company ’ s expanded offering in its domestic water heating range there would be a Water Care solution for each challenge that its customers would face . Furthermore , he said that its solar water heating solutions would cater to the diverse needs of the severely energy constrained South African citizens with a number of different offerings , including plug-and-play solar solutions as well as connected products . In addition , Crow said that the company would offer heat pumps and would be exploring alternative energy solutions to provide environmentally friendly options for its customers . Industrial water heating needs would be met as well , with capacities ranging from 500l to 30 000l .

Furthermore , Crow stated that Water Care ’ s four branches across South Africa would commit to a 20-minute turnaround time , ensuring the highest level of service for plumbers and other customers . Crow was also pleased to announce that the Electrolux Plumbing Academy had finally been given the go-ahead from the QCTO and the Benoni training facility had been approved in the month of May . This facility is to be focused on assisting previously disadvantaged groups and growing skilled artisans . He highlighted the business ’ commitment to ‘ green ’ energy practices saying , “ We will shape a future where quality , sustainability and progress are intertwined .” Crow ended off by saying that the transition represented more than just a merging of brands , instead embodying a shared commitment to excellence , innovation and customer satisfaction . “ With your support , we will
