PA : How will the transition take place ?
Crow : The transition has been a two-year process that was gradual , with each step being carefully planned to ensure that the blending of expertise , innovation , and unwavering commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction of both brands was seamlessly integrated .
PA : We are aware that the incorporation of Kwikot into Electrolux has been gradual , as previously published in the pages of Plumbing Africa . What have been the main challenges of this change-over process ?
Crow : The main challenge was ensuring that our customers are aware that this transition is about ensuring that they receive the best that both brands have offered for centuries .
PA : What will happen to the Kwikot brand name ?
Crow : The transition programme is a respectful process and the name will eventually be phased out , but only when the timing is right .
PA : What does the future hold for this new transition ?
Crow : We are poised to deliver unparalleled solutions that cater to the ever-changing needs of our valued customers . Together , we will shape a future where quality , sustainability , and progress intertwine .
PA : What does the transition entail for you and what has the impact been ?
Sheridan : It has been a very positive impact and our customers have already seen the benefits of the changes within our product ranges . As an example , we have the impending launch of a range of inverters and batteries to supplement the solar PV systems which we offer . PA
