Entering Goals into the PLA Coaching Cycle Platform for ALL Teachers
Support Staff should also develop three goals to enter into the platform. They should choose relevant goals aligned to their role at the campus.
ALL STAFF should enter their goals into the PLA Coaching Cycle Platform to allow enough time for leaders to approve the goals. Goals are to be submitted by no later than September 30th. All goals should be written as SMART goals. Below is a screen shot of what all staff will see when entering their goals into the system.
