Teacher Evaluation Process
The PLA Teacher Evaluation Rubric is correlated to the Charlotte Danielson's Framework just like observations to ensure teachers are coached on the same items they are evaluated on.
Closes on
Sept 30
All PLA teachers must enter 3 goals into the PLA Coaching Cycle Platform. Two of the goals should be connected to scholar performance and drive the school level goals. The third goal can be any of the other goals listed on the menu. Please refer to the Goals and Priorities Menu. All goals must be approved by the building leader prior to September 30th.
In addition to the 3 goals listed above, teachers should submit 1 professional goal that they really want to work on this year.
