STAFF GOAL SETTING: Committed to Scholar Success
ALL staff must identify three professional goals that align with their role as a staff member. They should also identify one personal goal that they would like to personally strive towards improving on over this next school year. All instructional staff must choose two topline goals for their first two goals. Topline goals have a star next to them on the Staff Goals and Priorities Menu. They can then choose their third goal from the other choices on the menu. There is something for everyone!
These goals should be put into the PLA Coaching Cycle Platform sometime from the beginning of the school year until September 30th. When creating the personal goal, staff should think about something they would really like to focus on to improve their craft. This personal goal will NOT factor into overall evaluation scores.
