PLA expects all teachers, leaders, and support staff to identify student learning goals to prove efffectiveness. PLA educators will have 4 goals to measure teacher growth and capacity during the academic year.

On the next page, you will find the Staff Goals and Priorities Menu. This is the menu you will use to identify your goals. You will also find a break down of guidance and expectations for secondary instructors, elementary instructors, and support staff on the following pages.
Our goal is for all staff to experience goal setting and the reward that comes with achieving those goals. It is up to the leaders to sign off on all goals submitted to ensure there is a level of rigor and equity between all staff members. It is important that goals are SMART and promote a sense of focus and direction in the work we are striving to achieve.
