A leader who receives a rating of less than effective, may file a request for a private conference with the Executive Director or Chief Academic Officer no later than 5 days after receiving their performance rating.
THE FINAL EOY EVALUATION
Regional Directors evaluate principals.
Principals evaluate APs, deans, climate and culture staff, instructional coaches, teachers, support staff.
Leadership Effectiveness Rating is 100% of the overall score for MOY.
Post-conference form must be signed.
There is no self-assessment for leaders to complete in the platform.
Accountability Grade: 15% (If for some reason there is not a letter grade released, the % defaults to the goals' rating.)
Goals: 45% (60% if Accountability Grade defaults to this category.) Leader must provide evidence to meet their goals. (The score for this domain is the average of NON-ZERO scores.)

Leadership Effectiveness Rating is 40% of the overall score at EOY. (If other catergories default to this catergory, the percent will correspondingly increase.)
