A leader who receives a rating of less than effective, may file a request for a private conference with the Executive Director or Chief Academic Officer no later than 5 days after receiving their performance rating.

THE FINAL EOY EVALUATION

  • Regional Directors evaluate principals.

  • Principals evaluate APs, deans, climate and culture staff, instructional coaches, teachers, support staff.

  • Leadership Effectiveness Rating is 100% of the overall score for MOY.

  • Post-conference form must be signed.

  • There is no self-assessment for leaders to complete in the platform.

  • Accountability Grade: 15% (If for some reason there is not a letter grade released, the % defaults to the goals' rating.)

  • Goals: 45% (60% if Accountability Grade defaults to this category.) Leader must provide evidence to meet their goals. (The score for this domain is the average of NON-ZERO scores.)

    0- In Progress or N/A

    2- Did Not Meet

    3- Met

    4- Exceeded

  • Leadership Effectiveness Rating is 40% of the overall score at EOY. (If other catergories default to this catergory, the percent will correspondingly increase.)
