Bus Safety Expectations
Children are expected to:
• Follow directions provided by transportation staff.
• Remain seated while the bus is in motion.
• Keep hands, feet, and belongings inside the bus.
• Always use respectful and safe behavior.
• Help maintain a safe environment for everyone on the bus.
Families are encouraged to review bus safety expectations regularly with their child.
Missed Pick-Up or Drop-Off Procedures
If transportation staff are unable to release a child safely according to established procedures, transportation personnel and school staff will follow district safety protocols.
Families should ensure that emergency contacts are available, and phone numbers remain current to help prevent delays and ensure children ' s safety.
