Transportation Eligibility
Transportation eligibility is determined according to district and program requirements.
Families will be notified regarding transportation arrangements, pick-up locations, pick-up times, and drop-off times prior to the start of service.
Questions regarding transportation eligibility should be directed to the Main Office.
Authorized Pick-Up and Drop-Off
For the safety of all children:
• Children must be met by an authorized adult when required by transportation procedures.
• Emergency contact information must remain current throughout the school year.
• Transportation staff may request identification when necessary to verify authorization.
• Children will only be released according to approved transportation and dismissal plans.
Families are responsible for notifying the school promptly of any changes to emergency contacts or dismissal arrangements.
Transportation Changes
Transportation arrangements should remain consistent whenever possible to support safety and efficiency.
Families requesting transportation changes should notify the Main Office as soon as possible.
Because transportation changes require coordination among multiple staff members and transportation providers, same-day changes may not always be possible.
Transportation changes cannot be guaranteed on short notice.
