Families should have at least two emergency contacts available in the event a parent or guardian cannot be reached.
Legal Custody Documentation
Any legal documents related to custody, guardianship, or visitation arrangements must be provided to the Main Office. Current documentation must be on file to ensure school staff can follow legal requirements regarding student release and communication.
Safety Reminders
To help maintain a safe environment for all children and families:
• Park only in designated parking spaces.
• Do not park in fire lanes.
• Turn off vehicle engines while parked.
• Never leave a child unattended in a vehicle.
• Hold your child ' s hand while walking through the parking lot.
• Ensure children are secured in an age-appropriate car seat or restraint system.
• Follow all school and staff directions during arrival and dismissal.
Working together helps us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Transportation
Transportation may be available based on program eligibility and district guidelines.
Families utilizing transportation services are expected to follow all transportation procedures and safety expectations established by the program and transportation providers.
