Mixed Age groups were divided up over Monday and Tuesday so that players would have to wait hours between rounds – and wind up playing until midnight. Sarah Ansboury continued her success with Wes Gabrielsen by defeating Chris Miller and Irina Tereschenko in the finals of the Mixed 19 +.

In the women’ s age singles, Jessica Stout defeated Torie Chase for the 19 + gold in the women’ s premier matchup.
Thursday was a day of rest for the players in preparation for the Open Championships. All age tournaments prior to these were well-fought warm-ups for these events. Scott Moore and Glen Petersen took gold in the Senior Men’ s Doubles over Scott Burr and Michael Gates. In the Senior Women’ s brackets, Jennifer Lucore and Alex Hamner
captured yet another gold – this time over Mona Burnett and Kris Anderson.
The tournament climax for many, the Men’ s and Women’ s Open gold medal rounds, did not disappoint.
