Renown Awards More Than $ 1 Million to Local Community Partners
Renown awarded more than $ 1 million to 65 local nonprofit organizations through its 2026 Better Together Community Grants program.
Funding supports projects addressing three priority health needs identified through Renown’ s Community Health Needs Assessment: mental health, access to health care and community services and maternal and child health.
The grants are part of Renown’ s broader not-for-profit commitment to reinvest in programs and partnerships that improve health across northern Nevada. In 2024 alone, Renown provided $ 196.1 million in Community Benefit.
Campagni Auto Group Matches Donations to Renown Children’ s Hospital
Through a spring fundraising campaign with Renown Health Foundation, Campagni Auto Group matched donations to Renown Children’ s Hospital dollar-for-dollar, up to $ 50,000.
The campaign was designed to generate as much as $ 100,000 to support the hospital’ s greatest needs, including pediatric care, Child Life services and resources that help children and families during hospitalization. Campagni Auto Group, which owns Carson City Toyota and Capital Ford, launched the effort in recognition of the care its own family members have received at Renown Children’ s Hospital.
Renown Regional Opens New Endoscopy Lab and Expanded Procedure Unit
Renown Regional Medical Center has opened a new Endoscopy Lab and expanded Pre / Post Procedure Unit, increasing capacity for specialized procedures and recovery care.
The Endoscopy Lab includes a dedicated interventional suite and two additional procedure rooms, allowing up to three suites to operate simultaneously. The Pre / Post Procedure Unit now includes 24 patient bays, more than doubling its previous capacity.
Together, the expanded spaces support endoscopy, interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization, echocardiography and diagnostic imaging procedures requiring anesthesia, helping improve patient flow and access to care.
