MAINLY SERVICING Southern California and Southern Nevada , Seventy years ago , my grandfather founded AG Corporation . Back then , steel wasn ’ t the focus of our portfolio , but like any company that has been around for 7 decades , things have changed . Today , we work with and contribute to the steel production process , starting at scrapyards and ending in steel production centers around Central America . In 2017 , we began yet another major change . I was trying to lead the company from a family-run operation to a more prominent , professional force in the steel industry , and it quickly became clear how difficult it would be to scale without the right foundation in place .
