Two Different Ways To Expand Your Strengths
Let’s look at strength from two different an-
gles.
First, there are the strengths you already pos-
sess, the talents and the skills that make you
good at what you do.
The issue at hand is whether or not you
are getting the most out of these personal
strengths. After all, each one is an asset that
should be fully leveraged. A personal strength
that is not
identified
and max-
imized is
sadly squan-
dered.
The second
way we will
work on your
strength is in
the context
of stamina.
I don’t want
to teach
you how to
bench-press
100 kilos.
But I do want to help you build up your physi-
cal stamina, so you can recharge and rejuve-
nate yourself and stay that way. This stamina
comes from energy that is essential to fuel
your performance over an extended period of
time, and it simply can’t come from another
pot of tea or some quick fix.

You will actually feel lighter. You will move
through your day with less friction, both physi-
cally and mentally. Specifically, you will discov-
er that your afternoons become significantly
more productive, because your body will no
longer be trapped in a toxic and destructive
cycle of rising and falling energy levels.
A more consistent level of energy means that
after lunch, your body will not crave rest, your
mind will not be adrift, and you will no longer
be failing to
get the most of
these critical
hours.
Together, we’ll
find out where
you are losing
your energy and
we’ll plug up
those leaks.
We’ll channel
this energy
into the areas
where it matters
most, which will
sharpen your
analytical and
problem-solv-
ing skills. The process of making decisions will
become less difficult. Listening will become
easier.
Your every day performance will quickly start
to improve because of the new ways you are
using both your body and your mind.
