REFLECTION

4. What did not improve? Why?

Each of my goals changed, however they are all focused on my stamina, weight and arm strength. Firstly my arms are the weakest part of my body in terms of when I’m working out. I also felt that I focus too much on my core and legs. I decided to keep the same subject of “arms” in order to improve my arm strength and to avoid having disproportioned body. Secondly, I focus a lot on my stamina, not only because I enjoy running, but also it’s beneficial to the body overall, without actually engaging in an intense full body workout. Lastly I continue to focus on my weight, because I want to be healthier. A fit body reduces the risks of many illnesses that could potentially damage my health. Although my goals changed completely, the themes of my goals were the same as before. This time my goal just makes more sense and applies more to the SMART rule than before. My new goals are much more reasonable and efficient, which keeps me motivated.
