5. Explain why you chose what activities you did.
For my personal fitness program, the activities I used were based on things I have seen before. Most of my WOD’s and body group exercises were based on the things we have done in class. Many of them came from our Personal Fitness Training folder, which was where we recorded all our workouts we've done in class throughout the year. The instagram pictures and videos all come from researching for “fun workouts”. They are all similar to the workouts I did over the summer. Some of the other activities come form my daily activities such as roller blading, going swimming and going for early morning runs. I usually take the initiative to do laps as my warm up. I made sure my activities were doable, but challenging at the same time. For the ones that were really easy I made sure I increased the reps or sets in order to increase its intensity. I also made sure my activities were enjoyable, because un-amusing workouts can cause a person to give up easy and become fed up with their work out. The people that did the videos are well known trainers that create beneficial workouts that is easy to complete at home.
