3. Explain your improvements.
As stated above since my old goals were not as effective I decided to improve my goals by:
1.Making them more specific: Unspecific goals make me lose motivation, because I am unable to know what I was working. Now I know my qualitative and quantitative goal, which motivates me to achieve it.
2.Make them more realistic: My old goals were not realistic. They were either too easy or too complicated to achieve in reality. My new goals are more realistic and there isn’t any over exaggerated goal that would make me give up easily, because of its difficulty.
3.Making them more efficient: being able to track my goal an state the weights, reps and sets gave me a chance to see how much I accomplished each day. Being aware of how much I work will make me stay determined to do more in other to see the progress.
