Long Term Goal
I currently weigh 135lbs and my body fat is 21kg, by the end of September 2014, I want to lose 5lb of body fat. I will do this by exercising 4x a week and reducing the amount of carbs I eat along with the portion size. I will also make healthier choices such as, replacing water for juice, eating more fruits as snacks and incorporating more vegetables in my meals. Lastly I will engage in more cardio exercises such as running, biking, and roller blading. I will measure my progress by weighing myself every 3 weeks and measuring my body fat,using the BMI machine. My rationale for this goal is to have an increased and improved engery and blood sugar levels.
