SMART GOAL 3: LOSING WEIGHT
S: My goal is speicifc, because I emphasize on how much I want to lose and I don't just state that I want to lose weight. Secondly, I state the kind of foods that i will cut down and I elaborate on what I mean by meaking healthier choices.
M: My goal is measurable, because I can measure my BMI and my weight. I can also measure the amount of fruits and vegetables I have had in a day (pounds)
A: My goal is action-oriented, because it is easier to engage in more cardio activites, because I usally do things such as roller blading and biking on my usal days.
R: My goal is realistic, because I don't over exaggerate the amount of body fat I want to lose. I clearly state the kind of healthier choices I can make, instead of claiming to cut out all unhealthy decisions.
T: My goals are timely, because I can time the duration I worked out for and the amount of allocated time I worked out for in a week
