SMART GOAL 2: WEIGHTED BICEP CURLS
S: My goal is specific, because I speifically state the weight that I can currently use and the weight I aspire to use by June 17 2014. I am also speific about the sets and the amount of reps I want to finish by June 17 2014.
M: My goal is measurable, because I can track my progress through the weights I use. If I gradually increse the weights overtime, it means that I'm actually improving.
A: My goal is action-oriented, because I have all the equipments at home and I understand what each of the workouts are. This will encourage me to keep doing it, because I know what I need to work on and how I am going to work on it.
R: My goal is realistic, because I just want to increase my weights by 2.5 pounds more, there is not overexaggerated goals.
T: My goal is timely, because I can record how long I worked my arms for. Knowing how much I worked out my arms for, is beneficial, because it helps me determine if I need to workout my arm more, than I already do in hopes to see an improvement.
