Gastronomy at the forefront

A breath of fresh breeze always peeks out to the Siroco restaurant.

The freshness of the bay reaches its doors, welcoming us. Siroco presents different atmospheres that can be accommodated to the liking of its customers: the bar opens the way and welcomes the most renowned cocktails and liquors, starting with the Siroco: special, delicate, irresistible aroma, is an infusion of roses with smashed anise, Bombay gin, forest fruits and rosemary ice cream, decorated with rose petals. This cocktail is a show that announces the parade of delicacies of the menu.

You have the option of sitting in a relaxed roofed garden with a patio next to it that, at nightfall, the ceiling is removed to enjoy the stars. Surrounded by its original walls, columns and arches, which reflect the passage of the years, and you can imagine its glory days while savoring a good wine and a delicious grilled Mediterranean pulpito, octopus soft inside and crunchy on the outside, finished at Charcoal, which is one of the most sought after dishes. Another elegant and romantic atmosphere is the air-conditioned main room, where you can savor a delicious side skirt, presented in a spectacular way that will make your mouth water.
Chef Kristof Alexander Beens gives us this wonderful tour that reaches to his pride, the open kitchen, in which shines the brilliance of his stainless steel furniture. There they prepare their next dish, the duck tagliatelli, a sautéed duck breast with homemade pesto.
Born in Belgium and raised from a very young age in Panama, he comes from a lineage of chefs, as it could not be less he is passionate about good cooking, creative cuisine, where every dish is presented different, as if it were a gallery of art. Although the great majorities are national products, specialties of exotic places are also brought to create a taste and an extraordinary presentation that result in an unrepeatable experience.
Chef Beens leads us to the second floor, where there is a terrace suitable for serving tapas and where a relaxed atmosphere is recreated. Already the night announces its song and we are prepared to be taken by her: we enter the club, where the fun begins. The DJ launches his music from the heights of his podium. Cocktails and drinks do not stop coming, there is rhythm, there is joy, there is dancing and, so that the party does not decay, snacks are key at this time to keep it cheerful and enjoying a night out of series, in the restaurant and bar Siroco, with a gastronomic offer of quality, high category and good price.
