What will you do?
You are at the core of the RAF, supporting our Force Elements, our people and their families around the UK, overseas, and on exercises and operations around the world to deliver the RAF’ s mission.
Whether you are a specialist in HR, service discipline, welfare support, infrastructure project management, writing and delivering the media narrative or leading, developing, and managing training you are a vital enabler to the whole force, and a key component in the delivery of Airpower.
People Operations Officers have one of the most diverse portfolios of any profession in the RAF and are employed at every RAF Station and Headquarters across the UK.
We also have a significant opportunity for overseas roles supporting wider defence and our NATO allies. You will be at the forefront of people and training delivery making a difference from the point you join our profession.
People Operations Officers are also working in all operational theatres, supporting our aircraft and our people across the world by providing essential support to ensure success on combat operations, exercises, and training and in support of the humanitarian efforts by international organisations.
