In your role you could
• Lead the delivery of first-class HR support to our workforce around the globe, managing and leading our aviators across our regional HR Squadrons.
• Lead the provision of welfare support to our people and their families.
• Responsible for the management and oversight of Infrastructure projects, collaborating with the contractors who maintain the RAF estate.
• Manage all forms of strategic media communications for the RAF, including liaising with journalists in the UK and overseas when on operations to capture the narrative and to promote the RAF and Defence within society and around the globe.
• Provide commanders with expert military training advice to generate military capability.
• Govern, manage and assure training across the RAF’ s capabilities in the Air and Space.
• Ensure that Station training activity is effective and efficient and directly supports operational requirements.
• Directly support the output of Defence Parachute training for the UK’ s Airborne Forces.
• To ensure you have opportunity across our Employment Fields you will change roles every 2-3 years, which could include being assigned overseas.
• You won’ t be expected to undertake all of the Employment Fields within the Profession, but you will have the opportunity throughout your career to gain experience in the ones that interest you.
