People Operations is a diverse and rewarding profession providing specialist support to deliver the RAF’ s purpose – Ready to Fly and Fight.
As the People and Training Specialists for the RAF and wider Ministry of Defence, you could be employed in many roles, including HR, Welfare Support, Service Discipline, Infrastructure Project Management, Finance and accounting, Media and Communications or Military Training in support of UK Defence operations.
As a profession we are capable, digitally aware, emotionally intelligent and multi-skilled, a key enabler of Air and Space Power directly supporting RAF outputs, our Force Elements( aircraft), our people and their families, in the UK and overseas.
