Frameless Cabinet Construction
General Construction
Cabinets are frameless design with full access and full overlay styling. All panels and rail components are joined with engineered dowels, glue, screws, staples or a combination of those components appropriate to the typical use of the cabinet.
All frameless case construction is made from commercial grade furniture board with laminated, water resistant( not waterproof) surfaces.
Drawers
Standard metabox drawers feature steel drawer sides with 5 / 8 " thick furniture board bottoms and full-access side-mounted glides, unless otherwise noted( dovetail soft close upgrade optional).

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
Larger drawers, such as pot and pan drawers and file drawers, come standard with full-extension side-mounted soft close glides for both Standard and Dovetail drawer boxes.

Our wood doors combine solid wood frames with veneer plywood or furniture board center panels. Wood doors feature floating center panels captured in a frame using a mortise and tenon joint for precision and strength. Thermofoil( RTF) doors feature foils and coatings bonded to a MDF core door using an intense heat and pressure-bonding process to create a seamless durable surface. |
