At the event also attended the Another project fulfilled by the Inter-ethnic guests from the USA: Sophia Lane, Anya Project of Kumanovo (IPK), this time is Dale, Lindsay Weber and Erika Steiger, talked about the big happening GAME who made the happening more flourishing. ZONE, which was held on the 9th of September in front of the Cultural House in Kumanovo. Specifically, this project was organized and realized by the Youth Board of the IPK (a board made up entirely of youth representatives from three of the local Albanian and Macedonian secondary schools), led by the coordinator Cheryl Calhoun. The day turned out to be a smashing success!...despite the challenge of gaining access to Kumanovo’s Cultural Center facilities that morning. GAME ZONE included a variety of activities for the primary school pupils and college students. Some of the most fun games were the three legged race, egg toss, watermelon eating contest, dodgeball, tug of war, and the dizzy bat race. The event also included a raffle for a USB stick and other prizes and award certificates for all of the participants. 60 kids and onlookers were present at the event and we managed to raise more money for our next Youth Board project from the food and drinks that the kids purchased. The Youth Board also achieved its goal of signing up other kids interested in being IPK volunteers. The people that were the happiest with this happening were the primary school pupils, who left very satisfied and repeatedly asked if there was going to be another event like The Youth Board was very proud of its ability to both organize an event and reach its goal of having 50 people in attendance at the event. However, if anybody was more satisfied with the outcome of our event than the youth volunteers, it would have been the IPK staff, especially after the Youth Board proved that you don’t need to be in a position of power or have a lot of money in the bank, in order to put on a great event open to the entire community! Finally, we can’t forget to thank the Kumanovo police force and the Cultural Center for providing us with an event location, as well as pizzeria Ambrella and fast food Beep Beep who agreed to donate a po ?[???H?????]??Z\?Y]H]?[??B?[?]??\? ??[?[?^[YK?H?[??YH[?H[?Y?[??H??\??^??X?B??
