Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce Continues Investment in Student Success

The Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce continues its longstanding commitment to education and workforce development through the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce Scholarship at PHSC.

The Chamber’ s dedication to student success spans more than three decades. In 1990, it established its first scholarship endowment, creating a permanent source of funding to assist local students in achieving their educational goals. Building on that commitment, a second endowment was created in 1999, further strengthening the Chamber’ s ability to provide consistent, long-term support. Together, these endowments have awarded more than $ 21,000 in scholarships— impacting the lives of numerous PHSC students and helping them take important steps toward meaningful careers.
Making an even greater investment in student success, the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce will provide a full scholarship to a deserving PHSC student enrolled full-time during the upcoming academic year. This opportunity will help remove financial barriers, allowing the selected recipient to focus fully on academic achievement. In order to qualify, students must demonstrate financial need, maintain a 2.5 or greater GPA, be enrolled in 12 or more credit hours

Through sustained philanthropic leadership and a forward-thinking approach to workforce development, the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce continues to demonstrate that supporting education is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen a community.
