Students who attended Endeavor and Discovery Academies and are continuing their education at PHSC could receive financial support thanks to the efforts of the Academies School Advisory Committee. In addition to the recent establishment of an endowed scholarship, the Academies have provided an annual scholarship to award during the 2025-2026 academic year.
The PHSC Foundation recently received a gift from the Suncoast Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America( MOAA) designated to their endowed scholarship fund. Established in 2000, this fund has provided scholarship assistance to over 20 PHSC students, totaling $ 16,650. The Foundation is grateful for the support and generosity of the Suncoast Chapter of MOAA over the past 25 years!
In addition to his service as a trustee, John Mitten continues to generously provide financial support to students through the PHSC District Board of Trustees Scholarship. Since its inception in 2018, this fund has benefited 16 students pursuing higher education at PHSC.
The Rotary Club of Dade City Sunrise provided a generous gift in support of their annual scholarship fund. Since the fund was established in 2018, the Rotary Club of Dade City Sunrise has provided nine scholarships to PHSC students.

The Les & Judy Smout Foundation, Inc. provided a generous gift in support of programming at the Instructional Performing Arts Center.
The Mary & Bob Sierra Family Foundation, Inc. provided generous support to the PHSC apprenticeship program.
Carol Miglino and Joan Kohout continue to honor the legacy of their parents by supporting students through the Mary Kohout, RN Memorial Scholarship and the Henry Kohout, Jr. Memorial Scholarship. Mary graduated from PHSC’ s nursing program in 1980, and her legacy continues to provide nursing students the opportunity to pursue their dreams. The Henry Kohout, Jr. Memorial Scholarship assists PHSC Mary Kohout students who reside in Pasco County, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and are veterans or a lineal descendant of a veteran.
