CONSTRUCTION ABOUNDS ON NEW IPAC
Construction is well underway for the new Instructional
Performing Arts Center (IPAC) in Wesley Chapel. Wet
weather in fall caused minor delay; however work on
pouring foundations commenced. The contractor,
Creative Contractors, Inc., has now completed
significant foundation, electrical, plumbing, and
infrastructure access work. Work to pour and place the
tilt walls is in progress. The IPAC is slated to open in the
fall of 2020.

PHSC
When completed, the IPAC will offer the community a
new performing arts site and event space for PHSC and
the Pasco County School District. This collaborative
effort seeks to increase educational programs, boost
economic development and provide the community with
a state-of-the-art entertainment venue.
